Hope to be jumping back into S2B next week. It will be Phase 3 again since Phase 3 got interuppted I think I'll repeat it. (I liked it a lot anyway)

I did box squats this am and felt good. Not great...(no PB) but...good.
Warm up.
3 x 8 x bar
1 x 6 x 135
2 x 4 x 225
1 x 3 x 245
Tried 265 and failed.
Then supersetted BoxSq and chins 4 sets
4 x 225
4 x Body Weight
4 x 225
4 x 10
4 x 225
4 x 20
3 x 225
3 x 20
Rollouts
3 x 8
I think I'm ready to get back to S2B work!

My log book is in my car...so I can't post my weeks work here...but I wanted to let everyone know I'm still on the S2B train. Job is freakin crazy right now. I'll catch up on my logs soon.
I got all my workouts in this week. Had a GREAT workout this a.m. wave loading those box squats. Last set was @260 and felt pretty easy!

Hey Jemmie, glad to see you're still around AND still working out! Was starting to get worried but my twin spidey sense wasn't kicking in so I figured you were fine. [img]smile.gif[/img] 260 is sweet - that's about the same as me (go figure...). Where are you at in phase 3? I have 4 more workouts to go.

Got an idea - I think we should ask JP to change our descriptor from "Seasoned Lifter" to "Jimbo's Twin" and "K-Court's Twin".

My job is really busy now. I figure I'll stay on Phase 3 throughout this busy period. For the next 3 weeks or so.
