Hi Julie. Knee is fine actually. The low back feels "tired" today. Rest shouldn't be a problem this week. I will have an unplanned off week with work swarming on me. I plan to make it an active rest week and do some running at least.

I really like this program. Thanky for popping in and checking on me.

Hope your programs is going well.

Hey Jimbo, just checking in on you.

After a few weeks of break in and a rest week, I think it's time for you to start the real NROL workouts.

Hey Jimbo; just happened to run across a post of yours, and noticed your sig motto. Wondering where you got it. . . .possibly from the book about Swoop? Favorite motto of mine. . . .
