I only got 2 workouts in last week. I guess that's better than nothing..

My second one was all legs. Just did 50 lunges both legs..ummm..it was enough to kick my butt. Literally. My arse/legs were sore for days.

Lower body DOMS are killers. I particularly hate having to get in and out of the car! You're right, bro - 2 is better than none. You've been out of it for a while so easing back in is the right thing to do. Of course, this is just a grace period. In a month's time, we'll be kicking your butt if you only get in 2 a week.

That's killer.

Oh yeah. In and out of the car..on and off the great white throne....more than you wanted to know....

Yeah I'm definitely not "in the groove" yet. I may end up just signing back up at the gym. I'm having a hard time "nailing down" a specific time to train and I really don't like going outside for my sessions. Im a wuss.

Umm. Yeah..well maybe I should have been more specific.

5 x10 each leg. 30 sec rests between sets.

Sound more do-able?

I find myself not caring about details too much these days. Affecting my work. lol

Ran 3 miles Saturday. Ended up walking a couple of stretches. Knee hurting. Over due for new shoes.

But it felt nice to do something.

My arse is sore again today.

PS - She couldn't hide it very well.. The 2 boxes this came in was over 200 pounds. This is one heavy piece of equipment. Good stuff. By Apex, it's the PWR7 series.

Walk in squat..you name it..this thing is much more bench than I would have bought myself.

Jimbo! Nice early Christmas present!! It is very similar to what I have, except yours looks better since it looks like the low cable is adjustable where mine is fixed at floor level. Enjoy your workouts on it!!

Merry Christmas, Jemmie. I know it must have been a tough one for you with your recent loss, but I hope you took comfort in family and the knowledge and love of good friends both in real life and here in your cyber-family. Take care, my friend.
