Torn ACL? That blows man. I wish you the best recovery possible. DANG. You are being very strong about it and not stopping everything due to your injury. Be careful, but stay strong buddy!
Meh.. Blasted softball. What WAS I thinkin? I'll get this fixed and keep kickin arse. No choice. My head would explode if I just stopped. Lifting/training keeps me sane. Well..sorta. You know.

Thanks for the kind words sister.

U R too much.

You know, I was doing the low carb for a few weeks but fell off that wagon. I'm such a nutritional slacker. I have loads of discipline for the training but like none for the nutrition and I needs it. My body fat is creeping up on me.

Oh..and PS. Put the crack pipe down.:p

You know that is typically my problem too. I first started by counting cals, lost 10-12 lbs in about 2 months or so then I just fell off! Went to carb cycling which was just too hard for me. I was always craving carbs and my off days were just HORRIBLE. It got so bad I wanted to just go to sleep so that I wouldn't have to think about it. Now that my friend is no way to live. SOOOO After gaining back oh say 5-7 of them lbs I was feeling a little frumpy and came across the Adam's diet. Did that for 2 days and saw the TNT diet. Thats where I stand now. 3rd day of TNT and am absolutely loving it. Have you tried it?? Go take a look at (sorry I don't know how to make it a short link. maybe you could help with that) http://www.menshealth.com/cda/articl...0012281eac____
they also have forums. Now if you know about this just disregard all. haha

Entire menshealth web site is blocked here. Go figure. Course I can't exactly compain about it. Not exactly any material there related to our business here.:p

I'll take a look at home like a good boy.

Speaking of which..I'm about to split. Have a wedding practice to go to. (you just know I'm excited about that)

Well..actually I guess I am. I'm in the band and I love playing just about anywhere.

Good luck this weekend!

10x3 day (except for warm up stuff of course)

Shoulder health/warm up
Scap Pushups 2x15
BO Lat Raises 2x15x10
Face Pulls 2x15x80

This was a GREAT shoulder warm up!

(Workout A)
Bench press (I started out thinking I was going to do DB Bench but couldn't get anything really heavy in position with my stiff leg in the friggin way) So I did:
1x5x45 DB and moved to BB Bench 10x3x155(I'll go heavier next time)

BO DB Rows 10x3x50 (heavier next time)

JM Presses were awkward. Never done these before. I didn't try 10x3's. Stuck with 5's. 5x5x45 (heavier next time)

Rev. Crunch 3x15

Threw in some hammer curls:
1x15x25
1x5x35
1x3x40

All in all, I sucked.
I haven't been in 3 rep land in a long time. I will adjust eventually.

I showed up. I lifted. I broke a good sweat. Meh.

That's some pretty heavy curls right there. Gotta feel warm and fuzzy about that.

I would feel all fuzzy but Arnold was laughing at me and calling me a little girly man. I wish he would stay out of my head.

When I started lifting 4 years ago a guy saw me struggling with 95 and asked me if I was rehabbing an injury. I gave him the bench.
