The Tin Woman should talk to her gyno about the med. The BondGirl was HIGHLY skeptical when I first suggested it, too, but after a good long talk with her gyno, she was convinced it was the right thing to do. It's also cheaper than many other oral contraceptives.

TKD last night....really got my sweat on

Did over a minute of wall sits alternatining legs...damn I was sucking wind as my azz was slowly sliding down the wall. The burn was wicked. (note to self: don't do any squats between TKD classes)

My legs are cooked today the dull ache is on. I'll do some light lunges tonight just to stay loose. I really need to work on my pull-ups...I want to at least 3 set of 8-10 reps soon.

Almost time to start thinking about softball...TKD should really help with my explosive power and my swing.

Softball, that should come pretty soon with this winter. With all this leg work you should be able to get around the bases in no time.

Yup, I also want to keep my shoulder healthy this season...so tonns of chins, thrusters and rows, damn just about anything that will build my shoulder girdle.

I've done some clean and jerks...haven't tried snatches...I'll have to incorporated some of that again.
