TKD last night....really got my sweat on
Did over a minute of wall sits alternatining legs...damn I was sucking wind as my azz was slowly sliding down the wall. The burn was wicked. (note to self: don't do any squats between TKD classes)
My legs are cooked today the dull ache is on. I'll do some light lunges tonight just to stay loose. I really need to work on my pull-ups...I want to at least 3 set of 8-10 reps soon.
Almost time to start thinking about softball...TKD should really help with my explosive power and my swing.
