Nah, no runner-up until I RUN those flights Yeah, hit the Orioles-Indians game Sunday night. Pretty boring, but at least Baltimore lost. BoSox are still up 2.5. Going to the Nationals-Mets game tonight.

I thought you HAD run those flights ...

Two games in one weekend - pretty sweet. Would love to get to a major league game, but it means a road trip for me. My Dad, bro and I were talking a couple of weeks ago about a daytrip down to Seattle over the summer to catch a game - it's about 3 hours away.

Well, I thought about it, then decided to save the running for the 3rd and 4th climbs, but apparently I need more work in that area.

It was good to get to the ballparks. Camden Yards was nice, but the atmosphere was pretty boring. RFK was much better despite the horrendous food options. Speaking of food, anyone in DC been to Five Guys? That's one HELL of a burger! I didn't eat for almost ten hours after having two of them

I think it's time to bring this training log to a close since I'm drastically shifting both training and diet on Monday. I'm not really sure what to make of the before-and-after of this run, but if nothing else, I've significantly increased running endurance and have been introduced to the CrossFit world, both of which look to significantly influence this next phase. Until next time...
