Today is the first time i've had free time to put up what i've been doing, I'll start with saturday:
Saturday Day 1 of The Waterbury Method
Power Cleans
1*3 for 65 lbs (warm up)
10*3 for 85 lbs -seems light i know but this is the first time i've done power cleans in any sort of volume. Didn't want to injure myself on the first day [img]tongue.gif[/img] .
Dips 4*6
Bent Over Barbell rows 4*6 30lb dumbbells
Standing Curls 4*6 30lb dumbells
Hanging Leg Raises 4*6 no weight
Skipped out on skullbusters due to lack of time
Sunday- Played basketball 1 on 1 for 30 minutes GPP
Mondays workout day 2 of waterbury method
Incline Bench 1*3 95 lbs (warmup
10*3 115 lbs once again another light number but first time i've done bench or incline in a while so starting light and put up larger numbers near the end of the 4 weeks.
pullups 4*6
military press 4*6 65 lbs
standing calf raises 4*6 65 lbs
upright rows 2*6 55 lbs
Weighted Crunches 2*10 25 lbs
Tuesday - Went for a 10 minute jog to the beach, did some push ups in the sand and did the monkey bars.
Today is wednesday, hopefully I'll be able to post what I do today later after I do it.
