Ok here's my workout from yesterday. I didn't do my squats or lunges because of my heal hurting. I went down but it was too painful to get back up. So here it is.
Quad A
BB incline Pushup---12x85,12x85,12x85(moving to 90 next time)
Romanian Deadlift---12x85,12x85,12x85(moving to 90 next time)
Pull Ups------------2,5,5(did assisted pullups on the las 2 sets)
Quad B
Close Grip BP-------12x85,12x85,12x85(moving to 90 next time)
BO Row--------------12x85,12x85,12x85(90 next time)
Leg Lifts-----------12,12,12 these are killer for me.
Here's my meals for today:
0700----2 links turkey breakfast sausage/choc. protein drink w/1%milk
0900----1 cup cottage cheese w/honey and cinnamon
1100---- 4 oz turkey on ww bread/1 cup carrots
1330---- 2 sticks of string cheese
1500 --- peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Dinner--- I don't have a clue yet.

I'm gong to try to do some walking today. Bought new shoes so it should help.
