I have been able to avoid the Girl Scout cookies, but on my desk when I arrived this morning was a mysterious box. It was full over my favorite cookies (Butterscotch chip cookies...oatmeal is good right?). It's from someone that I was a reference for. I've had 1 of them so far. I really should give ALL of them away, but I think I'm going to keep a couple around!

Yeah, I had a couple of them. Im trying to save them for a cheat dessert. Oatmeal IS good for you, haha. I have a couple of weaknesses: Chocolate and Girlscout cookies, and my next door neighbor knows about it. She usually uses the chocolate to bribe me for something, LOL. I've been sort of good so far, though.

Ok here's my workout from yesterday. I didn't do my squats or lunges because of my heal hurting. I went down but it was too painful to get back up. So here it is.
Quad A
BB incline Pushup---12x85,12x85,12x85(moving to 90 next time)
Romanian Deadlift---12x85,12x85,12x85(moving to 90 next time)
Pull Ups------------2,5,5(did assisted pullups on the las 2 sets)
Quad B
Close Grip BP-------12x85,12x85,12x85(moving to 90 next time)
BO Row--------------12x85,12x85,12x85(90 next time)
Leg Lifts-----------12,12,12 these are killer for me.
Here's my meals for today:
0700----2 links turkey breakfast sausage/choc. protein drink w/1%milk
0900----1 cup cottage cheese w/honey and cinnamon
1100---- 4 oz turkey on ww bread/1 cup carrots
1330---- 2 sticks of string cheese
1500 --- peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Dinner--- I don't have a clue yet.
Cals---1895
P+C+F-----161+176+65
I'm gong to try to do some walking today. Bought new shoes so it should help.

Didn't do much cardio last night. Ran the stairs a few times, just to do something. Didn't bring my lunch today, so, its kind of a bummer of a day. Tying to stay away from the snack bar here. Tonight is weights. Maybe I can get it in before we go out to a prewedding dinner for our friends.

Didn't get my weights in on Friday. I need to turn this week around. Didn't eat good all weekend. It wasn't horrible, but choices could've been better. I definately need to hit it hard this week. It'll be either weights or tennis tonight. Time to start prepping for the next season of K-Swiss.
I finally got Craigs Turbulence Training. I'm going to read it over and then maybe start it next week with my wife. I need to do something.

Sorry I haven't updated for a couple of days, I've been down with something. I think that explains why I haven't been sleeping well. Got home Monday and was feeling tired and achey, went to bed early, didn't get out of bed until Wed. morn. My wife said she knew I was sick when laid in bed all day. Man, I hate taking a sick day when I'm really sick, LOL. I think this week is a wash. I'm going to rest up, and then start Craig's Turbulence Training on Monday. I need to do something, Im tired of being stuck at 211 lbs. Hope this works for me.....MD
