Craig,
I got the email just felt like I was going them wrong last night, but my hamstrings and lower back are sore, so maybe I was doing them right... I'll try to get someone to record me doing them using my digi cam and post them for some critique.

Your lower back shouldn't be sore. You have to have a tight arch in the lower back.

I had the same problem when I first did them. I really had to focus on not feeling it in my back while doing them...a.k.a making sure my form was o.k. based on where I felt the pull.
I think I caught your sinus infection. Luckily it's timed with my rest week

Yeah, mine wasn't with my rest week . May I suggest lots of Green Tea and Suddafed 24-hour. I am still taking my Suddafed at least for another 2 days, just to make sure it's gone, but I hope you feel a lot better...

Haha, well Green Tea is always good. Maybe we are rekated outside of the TT family, that would be crazy, lmao (I really doubt I have any distant family anywhere near AR though...)
By the way I started using my Fitday today...I'm going to put the link in my sig line, but here it is:
http://fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJourn...wner=zhuangshi
I didn't realize my eating habits were so bad until I tracked it, although I'm way under in terms of kcals, I NEED MORE PROTEIN. I'm debating whether to make a protein shake or not...

Well my first real workout today on "THe Original Turbulence Training Workout", it went rather well, but due to time I'm going to have to do to my HIIT tomorrow. But good news is that I realized what I was doing wrong with my RDLs; I wasn't keeping my back straight enough. Today I did them I man did I feel them. The second superset was mighty chalenging though. I also finally substituted the DB Bench Press for BB Bench Press, and I could tell that with the 50 lbs DBs I wasn't really working myself hard enough.
BB Bench Press (115x8 - 135x8 - 135x8)
Anyway, I can't report about diet for today because I keep getting some error in Fitday when I goto input my foods.

hey,
I am reading up on people who are doing TT for fat loss to see if it's for me ( i have a LOT of fat to lose). I'm doing physique transformation program right now, i'm just about done with my conditioning phase, and we are not suppose to see results just yet, and i surely don't see any. i'm beginning to wonder if it's even worth it. so i was wondering if i should switch to TT.
have you noticed any change yet? do you like the program?

I love TT. I have noticed a little change, and that's without that strict of a diet, up until about this week. I have cut my kcals to about 2160 (-500 matenance). I didn't see or really feel much different during the beginner phase, but I really like "The Original TT". I feel like I'm getting the most out of my time everytime I hit the gym. I would also suggest you purchase this soon, if your considereing it. The prices are goign to go up soon.
All in all, I really really like Turbulence Training, and Craig has been great about providing information if I ask a question. He's rediculously fast about that.

Back to my log:
I got sent home sick today (ear ache - may be an infection) so we'll see. I think if I'm forced to take time off I'm goign to start The Original TT again.

i just checked it out. craig said i should get the report and simple fat loss, but after reading the preview he just posted under me, it talked about get lean, and it said it can be for beginners. i'll ask him if that one would be better.
