Cap's 'man toy' that she lugs around like JP's man -bag!

This is my log, right..... ummm, yep. OK, so here's my post for today:
Saturday, January 29th

Resistance
Finally! Got in the last workout of this microphase - I hadn't lifted since a week ago Thursday (well, I did shovel on Saturday and Sunday and I did lift my kids up. . Chinups, lats, and quad dominant. 1.5s with low block lunges after narrow stance squats followed by 21s of single leg machine presses. Spin cert should be fun tomorrow!

I forgot to mention that after my climbing this week, I was still able to knock off 4 metolius board pullups - yay! Today, my chins advanced a bit - 7 in the first set, still 4 in the second. A long way from the 14, 12, and 10 I could do with bodyweight a few years back, but still getting better.

My squat numbers show a similar scary decrease in strength tied directly to a increase in fear of injury. Well, only one way to go: up!

Diet
RMR 1480
Exercise 402
Food 1225
Deficit 657 (although I may eat a bit more today)

36%P/45%C/19%F of which only 3% (!) was saturated. Excellent macronutrient profile today!!

Comments for Cappuccino - although others can read as well
-As mentioned above, weight went down again. I am now officially down to the last 10 lbs - the dreaded last 10 lbs..... My pants feel looser and I have a better self image. Maybe I'll get near nekkid and post some pics - or maybe not.

-Tomorrow is going to be fun - a whole day devoted to fitness education - what a blast! This is kind of like what I will feel like at the JP Fitness Retreat this year (hopefully!).

-Wife and kids went to her sister's for the night and tomorrow since I won't be home then. So I got all night to ask Ninja what he's wearing. (I'd ask Cap, but she'd slug me and I'd go down. )

Now that's an idea!

Wowee, I'll bet you'll be sore tomorrow, just from not lifting for a week, not to mention 9hrs of spin tomorrow.

Ahh, deciding to enter the near nekkid pics is a good sign of progress. Show us all your last 10lbs and we'll all help gauge your success. Plus you'd be joining the ranks of other forumites who've done the same

Don't you forget it! Reading you flirting with Ninja is quite entertaining Sounds like you should get to bed early, given your day tomorrow!

I can't sleep - I'm wired. And wasting time catching up on the forum.

My legs don't get sore a lot - just tired or sluggish. I'll be OK. As I said, it's only about 3 hours on the bike, and I think it's broken up, not straight.

My problem with the pics is no jogbra to pose in! And even if I had one, my chest hair poking out over the top might induce nausea.

Besides, I ain't gonna post those types of pics now - mental note to self: no innocent flirtation or double entendres with Cap.

I didn't feel like whipping anything up tonight for just myself, so I had some yummy veggie burgers for dinner - not my usual Boca brand, but Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean. Not tasting like faux beef, but having it's own strong spices. Yummy.

Ok, I hadn't even read this thread when I posted my hot topic post. Geez, the flirting is everywhere. Pretty soon people will be coming onto me in MY log.

Kaiser, both Morningstar and Boca burgers are delicious. But like you I do prefer the Boca burgers, they just taste a bit better. But the Morningstar ones are alright...

I tried Boca burgers not too long ago and really liked them. Well I think it was Boca. Had a black bean burger at Chili's once and ever since wanted to try to make my own.

Note on posing in the jog bra..do like me. If you insist on posing in the jog bra, shave the chest hairs first.

[Note to self again: don't flirt with C, but for a different reason ]

I liked the Morningstar because they were black bean as opposed to soy (with all the Boca products I eat, I might need that jogbra soon. ) And they can be made in the toaster overn, like the Boca Spicy Chik'n Patties, whereas the Boca Burgers taste terrible if they are baked - they need to be pan fried.

FYI, Boca products are in a red box.

Garden Burgers! That's a brand isn't it? I pretty sure they weren't Boca burgers, because I just passed those up at Sam's today.

You notice I do all my confessing in Kaiser's log

Yeah Gardenburgers is a brand, but totally different taste than Boca burgers. I used to like GB, but now they've been surpassed on the taste and nutrition scale by a lot of brands.

Hmm. Ok then that's a clue I need to try the boca burgers. I really liked the Garden burgers' flavor, it didn't try to taste like meat. I think I was comparing sodium levels...And I cooked them in the george foreman, so no frying required.

If you get the Boca Burgers and want a real meat taste, make sure to get the 'All American' version. It tastes so much like real meat that I've read some vegetarians won't eat it.

The garlic and onion ones are also OK, as is the cheesburger one. Whatever you do, don't get the Vegan one, which has no right being labeled with the Boca brand

My other favorite is their spicy chicken patty - it does taste like chicken.

I now think that K and C have AIM to keep their conversations away from the "unwashed."

No.... I am reading my cert book for tomorrow. I saw the thread you are talking about though. And no, she wasn't who I was conversing with. I don't know what Capps AIM name is - other things, yeah , but not that.

You know other things but not her screenname? That's sacrilege! The first step is always the screenname. In middle school, that was getting to second base.
