Hey vandamme - i was just wondering what was a typical day like, diet wise, on your carb depletion and carb loading phases. Also what's the rationale behind changing up your sodium and water intake?

Druid, I just had a photoshoot in LA this past weekend. I was doing a 1 week prep to dry out.
I'll post more info on my diet later.
I just got back today from LA. OMG I had an awesome weekend! It has defintily bumped my modeling career up a few steps in the right direction. I have a lot of work for school tomorrow so I dont have time to post anything now but i'll tell you guys about it tomorrow probably.

chest and abs,
I was told I couldn't get any bigger in the shoulders and back if I want to keep underwear modeling. Because I am starting to look too much like a bodybuilder. So I'm going to cut down to lighter weights and only a every few weeks will I train theose two bodyparts.

Because of my diet recently I have lost a lot of strength like 25 pounds off my bench. I'm not too worried though because I'm not looking to get much bigger then I am.

Chest:
flat bb press, 3 warm up, 2x 235 for 4
incline press: 2x 210 for 3
dips: 2x 90 for 5


leg raises: 2x 30 for 7
cable crunches: 2x stack +10 for 8

kind of slow workout. I was treated like a king had dinner with, Harvey Keith(golden era ifbb pro, actor, director), a european supermodel, playboy mension bartender, ex playboy mag editor, actor from the mob squad. It was crazy!
shot in LA and Pesadena mostly.

friday

arms: bb standing curls, 3 warm up, 2x 115 for 4
standing db curls, 2x 65s for 4
standing hammer db curls, 1x 75s for 4

face breakers, 3 warm up, 2x 135 for 4
tri pressdownds: 2x (changed stations so it was much more resistence) no idea how much little over half of stack for 5
