chest and abs,
I was told I couldn't get any bigger in the shoulders and back if I want to keep underwear modeling. Because I am starting to look too much like a bodybuilder. So I'm going to cut down to lighter weights and only a every few weeks will I train theose two bodyparts.
Because of my diet recently I have lost a lot of strength like 25 pounds off my bench. I'm not too worried though because I'm not looking to get much bigger then I am.
Chest:
flat bb press, 3 warm up, 2x 235 for 4
incline press: 2x 210 for 3
dips: 2x 90 for 5
leg raises: 2x 30 for 7
cable crunches: 2x stack +10 for 8
kind of slow workout. I was treated like a king had dinner with, Harvey Keith(golden era ifbb pro, actor, director), a european supermodel, playboy mension bartender, ex playboy mag editor, actor from the mob squad. It was crazy!
