OK, it looks like the running forum is no more so I hope this post here is alright.

I have been using a HRM for the past year to help my running workouts and have seen some great improvements in my endurance and speed. I have mainly used it to keep my pace slow enough for recovery runs and to test myself on intervals and hill workouts.

I know there have to be a bunch of HRM based workouts out there, (I have even heard of people using them while lifting) and I was wondering if anyone else on the forum uses one, and if they could share their workouts.

I'm considering using an HRM. I want one from Suunto that also has an altimeter and downloads to computer so I can see changes during intense hills when running and cycling.
