Wondering if anyone out there can suggest any good ways that I can drop those remaining kilos and not distroy muscle mass that i've built up.
I'm working out 4 times week, eating relativly healthy and doing a little cardio.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Josh-I posted this on another forum but here it is:

I realize studies are a dime a dozen but I believe this one to have merit.I've used a similar approach and it has worked great.

Also, look into Tabata intervals.Mens Fitness did an article on it a month or two ago and there is plenty of info on the net.
