I have not lifted wts for about 10 yrs. When I was lifting my routine was a 3 day on, one day off. I did weigh about 195lb but just recently lost about 13lb from stress and family problems; now that is solved I would like to start lifting again, put that weight back on as muscle and tone up for a cruise my girlfriend a I are going on next March 05. I don't what to look like a bodybuilder, just tone up and put some wt back on. Since I havn't lifted for awhile what kind of routine should I start out with? Mon Wed Fri routine, talking to acouple of guys they suggested a chest/tricep, back/bicep, day off, shoulders, then legs, Sat and Sun off. Or chest/triceps, day off, back/biceps, day off, shoulders/legs, 2 days off. Can anyone help me with a beginners routine?
