Perhaps the most used source of protein by bodybuilders are eggs, but as with animal meats, they contain high levels of fat, in this case, cholesterol. two whole eggs contain about fifteen grams of protein but also contain similar amounts of cholesterol. if there's a convience about eggs it's their division into two equal halves yolk and whites. and as luck would have it all the fat is contained in the yolk. they are easy to cook also. it's really easy to hard boil eggs and carry them around with you during the day as snacks.
