Good Morning Guys,
I returned from a family vacation yesterday and now reality is about to set in as I return to work. My wife’s side of the family do a family vacation every other year and this was the year. Since her mom is suffering from Alzheimer’s we decided to meet in Pittsburgh where her mom lives so we could all have a chance to spend some time with her mom and dad. I managed to hit a water park, an amusement park and do some sight seeing as well as visiting friends and family. All the venues proved to me that there are still a lot of out of shape people out there. Exercise and fitness have become so much a part of my life that I managed to get in four mornings of running and two un-weighted full body workouts. I did, however, throw caution to the wind and eat sinfully for most of the week and am sure to pay for it when I step on the scale.

This morning I begin the final week of Book of Muscle Intermediate and want to finish with as much intensity as I can muster. I looked through my files and found some interesting quotes which I offer for your attention this morning. All of them hit home, but for me, the final one says it all.
Enjoy.

Thumbs up

Did you get a chance to run up Cardiac Hill? I'll give props to anyone who can run outside with the weather as humid as it was last week and is today.

Mostly ran in the neighborhood and at the local high school track.
