It says that I'm "very weak" and about 37 lbs over weight! I think it's a load of crap, personally.

I suppose you are wrong with the biceps measuring.
Big muscles are not (only) sign for a healthy and athletic body.

Most formulas (BMI and other) uses only height and gender. All formulas are statistical.
Probably you have big hypertrophy. Formulas are not for bodybuilders. How many fat do you have?
