Hey guys have you seen the new article over at t-nation,i got it in my defranco newsletter and it is really cool,it is another work out art!God i love it!anybody lookin for a program this one would be ideal for sure heres the link:

Seems to me this program is much more athlete-oriented and uses too many weird exercises with equipment most of us don't have...

For the weekend warrior the original program, or something from elitefts is still the way to go IMHO.

I agree. The orginal program is more straight foward then the revised version. I also believe the orginal is more similar to traditional westside techniques. I am sure the 2nd edition is still a great program though cus Joe DeFranco knows his stuff.

this is more for athletes agreed but i still like the article.I agree you could get more out of an workout over at elite as i am doing one from over there,dave tates article "eight keys" was the most helpful article i have read!
