Hey, Okay I for some reason I just got a boost of inspiration and desire to life. I lift regularly but sometimes I get to lazy to lift or what not, but I am trying to "revamp" myself (hope thats the right word if not correct me) in school grades wise and my body. Now this is gonna be kind of long but I am gonna try and make everything as clear as possible, and I am wondering if one of you can either reccommend or design me a program specific for my goals. Please read on.

My stats:
Age: 16 and 2 months
Height:5'8-5'9
Weight:153-158lbs
Waist: 29in
Bicep: 13.5not flexed 14.5 flexed

I have been lifting for a little over a year.

1rm bench has gone from 95-180ish (not sure havent checked max in a long time)

1rm squat 225-325 in 4months. I havent squatted since june.

I have done HST (I did it wrong though)

I have been on a strength specific program. That used %'s of 1rm it was really complex and worked REALLY good. If I get my hands on it I will send it to you. It was a football routine my football coach made.. It worked concidering it got multiple kids into 500lb squats and 300lb benches.

My diet:
I eat when im hungry which is frequent and I eat anything.. Don't stick to eating good or bad just eat whatever..

Supplements:
Not taking anything never have..

My goals:
I want to gain weight, but have functional strength. I just started OVT.

I am very limited in the exercises that I can do because I have a home gym no gym else where.. (I used to lift thru school).

I want to increase bench press its a main goal but I know its not the most important thing. but I have been wanted a 200lb 1rm since I started and I cannot seem to reach that.

Okay, so if you guys can help me out I would greatly appreaciate it. thanks.

There are a ton of routines linked in the FAQ forum. I would check around there. Both those guys get paid a lot of money to make programs for people so I doubt they will do a full plan for a person on the internet. Helping out and critiquing a plan is different though.
