Let me make sure we are clear hear. You do squats at home so you probably have a rack and an olympic bar. So why can't you do deadlifts where you really don't even need a rack? Just put the weights on the bar and keep the bar on the floor and perform the deadlift. Or am I not understanding something here...sorry if that's the case.

See... i can understand how leg presses when you're at home can be a problem but... what's up with the deadlift? And in the future, squats are not a good replacement for the deadlift

OOOHHH... lol it makes so much more sense now! yea, leg press sucks anyways. I'd say do something that really isolates the quads. hack squats or front squats both come to mind.

haha yea, thanks man... that's kinda why I boycotted the rating system for a week or two. I figured its just a popularity contest anyways, and I have a tendancy to be rude and sarcastic.

Regardless, good luck with your routine
