I'm another new guy who has been reading the board for a while, but just joined. A lot of good info on this board!

A little background: I'm a former college baseball player, 5'11", 185. I'm still messing around with my routine...I did RR&D for a little while, and I really liked the fact that it was short and sweet, but I'm looking for something a little more now. It just wasn't challenging enough.

Thought? Suggestions?

Check out this thread...http://forums.jpfitness.com/cgi-bin/.../t/000056.html

All the routines by Chad Waterbury are very good IMO. So is Max-OT. Just see what you like and fits you.
