The second one: Is he just showing off that he can do it? Weird...

The last one: Sweet!!! Talk about motivation and determination!!! I got tired just watching him!!!

Those Atlas stones are a real bitch for the shorter guys. If you ever watch the WSM, the short guys hardly ever win that event.

Danny King!

Test question...

What was the difference between the successful lift of the stone and the unsuccessful attempts?

Interesting way to move the bar. Looks like you need a surface that the bar wont slide on to do that. Im sure you could injure yourself if you are not carefull.

it looks like those boxes are hight biased for sure

Man, I get nailed with test questions from all angles! As if finals weren't enough. I guess I need to watch the video first though. Thats going to have to be after work.

Atlas stones are harder for shorter guys, although if you get a guy who can shoulder a stone well you almost wouldn't notice. Some of the guys I train with are like that. They can pop 300-350 lb stones on to their shoulders and up onto a huge platform, its crazy.

In the 500 for 23 reps video, is the spotter on the right Tony Little? It kind of looks like him. Where's his Gazelle?
