Haha I barely do HIIT so there is no way in hell Im going to do a triathalon. I have a friend who is interested so does anyone have any good links for beginners? I did a google search and found basic info about strength training and stuff I already know (lift with compounds, maybe 2 a week, work at the events to get better at them, duh.).

Im looking for specific examples of training routines and setups for running, swimming, and cycling. So if anyone can hook it up, Id greatly appreciate it.
