ok..i have a friend..who actually has a name on this forum, but he didnt really want to ask this...i figured id ask for him..
the weight room in butler high doesnt open until january..late in the month i think...not sure y, but yea...
he has some weights at home..a barbell, dumbells, and weights...he doesnt have a bench or anything...can anyone think up a routine for him until the weight room opens..
i was thinkin somethin with squats, floor bench press, and pull ups if he can find a cross beam or somethin...
any help will be appreciated!
