ok..i have a friend..who actually has a name on this forum, but he didnt really want to ask this...i figured id ask for him..

the weight room in butler high doesnt open until january..late in the month i think...not sure y, but yea...

he has some weights at home..a barbell, dumbells, and weights...he doesnt have a bench or anything...can anyone think up a routine for him until the weight room opens..

i was thinkin somethin with squats, floor bench press, and pull ups if he can find a cross beam or somethin...

any help will be appreciated!

I did parts of the Homegrown Muscle series with just dumbells and a barbell.

Which version would be more apropriate? beginer, intermidiate?
Phase 1 Beginer
done in supersets

Dumbbell Bench Press
Dumbbell Dead lift
Dumbbell Pull Over

Dumbell Squat
Dumbell bent over row
Dumbell Lunge

Cuban Press
Calf Raise
Crunch

Just do the bench and pullover lying on the floor..not as good as on a bench but better than nothing.

all the exercises are described and have quicktime movies for them on the workout I linked. It's not working for you?

lol...nice try erowan...no its not touw...(kevin)..its this kid Tom F. on my soccer team..i was talkin to him at school that other day..told him bout the site...his name is actually the same as his name on this forum...but he seems to not believe me that this is a great place...
