I can't seem to get my upper abs to come out. My other 4 abs show fairly nice but my abs below my chest are not developed. I know plain ol' crunches work the upper abs and I have been doing them on a physo ball with weight behind my head. Any other ideas?

Its the opposite for me, I have the upper ab development but need to lower my bf% a little to see my lower abs (or penis lines as its know on Mens Health ).

I do weighted crunches and crunches on a decline bench for my upper abs...

I also try to work in a set or 2 of dragon flags which are a killer...

Try doing some decline DB bench presses .. I know a guy that couldn't get his upper abs to show up but finally did after a solid month of decline benches (along with keeping up with cable crunches/wood chops)

His upper ab showed up from a chest movement...ok. I recently added decline db presses into my rotuine so I'll see if that makes a difference. I'll add the wood choppers...never done those. Thanks guys

Yeah I know seemed weird to me but I think it's because the increaase in lower pecs tightened the fat around it which made it look smaller which made the abs show up. or rather, that is my very unprofessional understanding of it

Makes sense....I was orginally thinking it would help cus of the stabilizers used in your abs while on a decline bench. Maybe a little bit of both is why.
