Talking

I got to speak with Dave Tate today for business reasons, and just had to say that he is an incredibly nice guy, as well as brilliant. We didn't really get to talk much about fitness, but he gave me a lot of really good business advice, which I intend to follow. We had a great conversation... Talked for an hour-and-a-half. Not every day you get to talk to a legend in fitness like that, so I just had to brag!

Very cool, JP. I've said it often: The quality you bring to everything you do will continue to serve you well.

Oh nice, Tate would definitely be up there on my list of fitness people I'd most like to talk too, you should definitely get him to talk to you about training, supposedly he knows something about gaining strength?
