Question

I saw these on clearance for $10 - $15 instead of $50. Does anybody use one or has used one? I use a bar pad now, and thought I might pick one up only because it is so cheap. Thanks for the help.

I would pick it up for that cheap if I were you. I have only used one for about 10 minutes at JPs retreat last year but it would make for a cool variation. It forces you to use a really high bar position which some like and some don't but will be awesome for hammering the quads.

Well, then I'll pick one up. With the high bar position, it will force a more upright squat, correct?

I have swam with and fed stingrays before. It was pretty cool. Do it if you ever have the opportunity.

Definitely get it if that's cheap. I use the one at my gym all the time and I do like it.

kmfisher,
I swam with stingrays a few years ago on a cruise. Amazing experience. I agree it's a must if you ever get the chance.
