first of all, SHE isn't my trainer ... which is too bad because she's hot even though she's wrong about the squats. We went to the gym with school and she said I was doing them wrong
Also I think that entire gym sucks... it hasn't even got a power rack! not too much free weights either. And an other trainer , a guy this time, said that I was doing my dips wrong because my arms went lower then parallel to the floor. Is his wrong too? He is ,is he?
