Hi!! Just wanted to say I've been lurking for awhile, and you guys rock! I've gotten some great advise over the months. I got here from the mens health board(like a bunch of y'all, I see). Right now I'm in Ph 2 of the TAP. Kind of stuck at 215 for the past month. New to working out. I quit smoking in August and figured I needed something to take its place. Bought a 40lb DB set from a local store, and started working out. I don't have a bench, yet so, I have to replace some of the moves with ones that don't require a bench. I recognize a few of you from the FTBM board, I'm looking forward to "chewing the fat" with you. Well, I think thats all for now, y'all have a great day. Hope I didn't post this in the wrong place.

I am coming up on 8 years without a cigarrette. Keep going, keep going, keep going. It's the best thing you will ever do for yourself.
