Have any of you guys done the Athletic Pendelum? What did you guys think of it? Also, i'm guessing that you determine your maxes before you start the program. Am i wrong? Also, would you go about finding out your max by first doing some warm-up sets and then adding more weight until you find one that you can only get up once? thanks for all your help
