The answer to your question depends on...

Your chronological age
Your training age
Your nutritional status
Your most recent training cycle
Your nervous system efficiency
Your familiarity with strength training exercises
Your work capacity

In other words, you have not provided sufficient information to get a quality response.

P.S. Parlez-vous francais? Your message seemed a bit like english is not your first language. N'est pas?

Let's see if this helps...

La réponse votre questionner dépend de..

Votre âge chronologique
Votre formation vieillit
Votre statut de nutritional
Votre formation la plus récente va à vélo
Votre efficacité de système nerveuse
Votre familiarité avec l'entraînement de force exerce
Votre capacité de travail
