been taking creatine since about august of last year, combined with a 4 day a week workout, protein shakes and gallons and gallons of water i shot up from 172 to 180 in like 12 days believe it or not.... i think ALOT of that weight was water weight. so after i finished that bottle off my friend recommended (thinks he's a know it all, works at GNC, but i still take his word on most things) CEX by VPX been taking it ever since. he told me that regular creatine is only 60% effective and you have to take a lot of it, while CEX is about 90% effective (his numbers not mine). the servings is only 6 grams, as compared to "heaping scoops" as seen on other products.

the pros of the product (as seen on the bottle) are

-significantly more potent than regular creatine
-complete creatine absortion and utilaztion
-potent visible VASO-Dialation
-unparallel creatine retention and duration of action
-Zero bloating, zero fat gain, ZERO WATER RETENTION, zero sugars, zero carbs, zero calories.
-massive creatine induced cell volumization
-huge increase in strength and muscle growth

its main ingredients are
creatine ethyl ester HCL and Creatine alpha-ketoglutarate

was wondering if anybody else had any experience with this stuff maybe provide some cons that im not aware of.
(by the way as far as i know i havent experienced any negative side effects)

thanks for the knowledge
