whats everyones opinions? is combining the two a bad idea? weight training using a 3 day split and doing yoga on the off days. is there any reasons that the yoga streching for flexibility will contradict the look im going for with weight training? will the yoga slow down my muscle gain from weight training or keep me from getting the cut look im going for?

any and all opinions on this subject are welcome.

Nope. It will benfit you more then harm you. Yoga is great also for reducing your stress level. I highly recommend it.
