First, what's the highest point in the ROM for these kind of rows.
I've been going kind of heavy on the weight but I don't want to short change my ROM. I usually rotate my torso just a little and pull to my chest. I think I'm doing pretty close to what this illustration shows.

Secondly, my Romanian deadlifts are getting up there real close in weight to my regular deadlifts. Everything feels fine but I was just concerned about the back with that amount of weight. I've always had the "strong back, weak mind" syndrome so I don't think there's a problem but it does concern me. I don't want to be creating a problem.
