hey,on monday i started my westside style training which was great,i did board presses for the first time and i felt them alot on my triceps today,now i understand why they are so talked about over at elite!I also did JM presses which where a good exercise i enjoyed doing them alot,the movement it strange its king of like a skull crusher crossed with a press!I had someone watch my technic and they said it was looking ok so i am glad!I also did my low box squats today aswell,i managed to get a good weight out in the end which was good,i feel a hell of alot better doing westside type training i feel i have found what i have been looking for!I also enjoy all the strange exercises because get people looking over with a confused look on there face and they ask whats that HAHA its great!well i just thought i would tell you all how i am gettin on!

Ahhhhh, Board presses. Gotta love them! I use just plain old pressure treated boards now, but want to make some nice ones for down the road.

It's so much easier to workout when you enjoy it and look forward to the punishment...

Westside kick ass(and should make your glute sore too w/ those box squats) . Good luck w/ it man. BTW, what's a JM press?
