Okay guys, check this out. Bill has a brand-spankin'-new DVD out. I have already seen it, and even though it is focused on improving your flexibility for golf, I already learned a bunch of cool new corrective exercises to use on my self and my clients. I learned a bunch of new cool things to do with my foam roller (my new best friend!).

Go to this link if you wish to purchase the DVD. I just signed an affiliation with him so if you purchase it your purchase will help to support the expense of maintaining this site.

I will officially put up a link in a couple of days, but for now, this post is it!

Don't feel bad Patrick... I have HORRIBLE posture. I am going to really go through and work this whole program from front to back. It has a lot of crossover to non golfers! I am using many of the active stretches on my clients. I feel like I have a new secret weapon. Most trainers (especially here) aren't even speaking this language. They are still locked into using the "weider method", out of date 1980's style split routines. His title should be, "Trainers: how to seperate the wheat from the chaff"

BBD, do you mean "bad" posture? There are so many aspects of inflexibility that he covers in the DVD that it would take forever to explain each one. You'll just have to buy one!

Well I just ordered mine. Can't wait to start. I am one of the 50% that plays with back pain. So hopefully flexibility will help a lot.
