I am in Phase 1 of Iron manual but my chin-up/pullup strength is pathetic. I want to work Chris Thibadeau's chin up routine in there somehow. Is this a bad idea? If not, where should I put it?
In Phase I of the intermediate, you do chins. I did them as assisted chins and went from 3 sets of 2 chins without assistance to 3 sets of six without assistance. I now do the first six without assistance then jump up and do negatives for two or three more.
