Hey!!
Things are finally picking up for me in business and I am right now working about 70 hours a week. Get up at 5/6 a.m. and work from 7:30/8 a.m. (takes me a while to get ready in the morning; awake, eat, etc.). I work until as late as 8:30 p.m. (tonight). I have enought times to get meals in, so that part of fitness is fine apart from a few occasional cravings, which have me reaching for honey and peanut butter!! I know how to control it, just need more motivation I guess.
MY Q. What would you suggest my training routine be so that it is MOST time efficient???? It needs to take as little time as possible and needs to be preferrably done at home (I sold my home gym when I moved, but I'll buy free weights and a bench soon). My goal is to lose fat, as I have gained about 10 lbs of it, if not more (!!) over the last few months. I've got the muscle, it just doesn't show.
PS I'd like to lose about 10 lbs of fat within 2-3 months MAX so that I can start doing some modeling assignments part time again.

Craig's Turbulence Training programs are all about fat loss in short, efficient workouts. He also has some that are specifically designed for workouts at home. I'd email him if you're interested, as I'm not sure exactly which program would be best.

Anna, not to slam on you, but...
How do you intend to make up routines for others if you can't make one for yourself? I believe you should spend some more time in books..
(If I remember right, you're working as a PT)

A few things Anna:
1) How many times a week can you hit the gym and what time to do you plan on hitting the gym?
2) Dont worry about weight, look at the mirror and take progress pics.
3) Make sure to keep your nutrition going via shakes or meals and plan accordingly by cooking in bulk so that you dont have to constantly cook during the week.

Well, I am going to have to train at home as driving to the gym or the club house takes time away from working etc.
Hopefully every other night. At night-- late after a full (12-14 hr) day of work. Think it would be better if I tried to change routines to work out in the morning at like 6 a.m. instead???? If so, why?
My meals are alright. Just need to cut the sugar intake. What's great for cutting sugar cravings? More steady protein through the day? Any supplements?
No problem, Patrick. Good, smart comment though--if one is a trainer, he/she should be creative enough to come up with routinees for him/her self. But then again, we all want advice no matter how smart we might be. Might just be a scream for some motivation!!

Anna -
Could you sneak something in at lunch, or is that too much? It might be a good break in a long day for you. I was working about 60 hours a week at the end of the year, and would just steal about an hour at lunch. Yeah it meant I had to work later some nights, but if you're going to be there until 8:30, 9 or 9:30 isn't so bad when you've had a good work out already. Plus, if you're anything like me, I am exhausted after work, and don't really have the energy or drive to go get a good workout in....
