I am a young man who hates my chest, I feel i have extra fat there that really annoys me. I have heard this is reasonably common and surgery is required to fix this but i would much prefer to sot it out without going under the knife. What exercises should i do to lose weight on my chest area? Many thanks

You can't spot reduce. Get your diet in order and do a cutting routine, such as Turbulence Training (TT) for Fat Loss. Surgery is not the answer. Get your diet in order and lift right. I'm sure others here will offer you more help, but we'll need more info about yourself.

Sounds like you might have gynecomastia. Losing weight will probably help, but I don't think it can cure the problem. Here is a link giving a little more info about it, Yahoo Health
