Yea shark it's weird, but i can put on some weight, but then i'll get to a sticking point where no more weight will go on or go away-it's weird. My normal weight was 155. then basketball came-got down to 145 with all that great cardio *twirls finger in air*. then, after basketball ended and i started lifting again (and neglecting my diet), i got up to 165-a lot of fat. Then baseball started and down to 160-lost a lot of fat. Now, i'll be stuck here for a while. Sometimes, i can eat like crazy all this junk and not put on a pound (that will no longer be the case as there will be no more mass consumption of crap up in here) and other times, i'll gain 5-10 pounds. But, i don't know where it all goes cause i don't look any different. I'm content at 160, but i'd really like to get down to 150-155 by the end of summer-shed some bodyfat. Then, i'll bulk up during fall and into winter for basketball and baseball.

but i like being deceiving.

-The tall skinny kid thinks he can lift how much weight off the floor? 250? No way.

ooooo, yes way.

That was a great interview with Eric Cressey. A few months back, he wrote this article on deadlifting, for those interested.

Is it just me, or is the starting position pictured at the link below just absolutely terrible? The shoulders are definitely rounded, and the back appears to be as well. Looks like he never released his hips to get to the starting point.

Don't know why I'm surprised... you can see the url:
