Buy the first two for sure. I like Core Performance a lot. I really don't use the lifting material, but I use everything else, including integrating some of it into my TKD classes.

I don't use the lifting material in CP either, but the psyioball stability stuff and the prehab and recovery is great and the way he integrates it into life is great too. The nutrition part isn't that bad either.

Definitely get Scrawny to Brawny if anyone here doesn't have it-it's amazing. the nutrition section as well-it's berardi-of course it's great. the workout itself i haven't started, but i've heard nothing but good things about it.

I like the "Elasticity" stuff in CP, too. And, TA-DA! my S2B just arrived today.

Yea that too-i just forgot about it [img]tongue.gif[/img] i love all the stuff in that book, but i replace the lifting part-that part is so-so to me. I'll probably do the stuff in CP and for the lifting part do StB
