Hi,
I'm looking for a second hamstring exercise after 3 sets of GM's. I was thinking about pulltroughs. I saw someone using them in his routine once but I don't remember who.
Anyway, does anyone know if they're any good as a second exercise?
any other suggestions?

i feel like i am not hitting my hams so much as the glutes?
Try and make sure that in the lowest point you can feel a stretch in the hams, also play with foot position maybe try widening your stance alittle. I use a fairly wide stance and I love pullthroughs as a secondary exercise they're great for the posterior chain.

Thanks for asking, Jimbo. I was in the dark too. (PS I hope you meant "pea" brain ... )
