Hi,
I'm looking for a second hamstring exercise after 3 sets of GM's. I was thinking about pulltroughs. I saw someone using them in his routine once but I don't remember who.
Anyway, does anyone know if they're any good as a second exercise?
any other suggestions?

I have used, and think that Pullthroughs and Glute-Ham Raises are both great hamstring exercises.

Yep, probably my favorite "supplementary" P-chain exercise.

Defintley a good choice for a hammie/pc exercise. Also, consider stiff-leg deadlifts, glute-ham raises, and good mornings.

Try and make sure that in the lowest point you can feel a stretch in the hams, also play with foot position maybe try widening your stance alittle. I use a fairly wide stance and I love pullthroughs as a secondary exercise they're great for the posterior chain.

Jimbo

every vid of pullthru i have seen looks a little different as stance and whatnot can be manipulated to hit move hammy/glute/low back
UMass: i will try to get wider and really find the stretch at the bottom, thanks.
