Why does Ian King want me to live the rest of my life in a wheel chair?
I remember Phase I of BOM Intermediate being very easy and making me feel like I was losing strength when I did it about a year ago. Well after about six months off last year(school and laziness)I started HST and have been doing it for the last 6 months. I can't believe how different you feel after the two workouts. It's great!
HST made my days long and drained all of my energy for the day. BOM killed my body for about an hour leaves me with energy for the rest of the day, and feeling great(with a moderate limp).
Would the reason for this be overtraining with the HST?
