Question

anyone know of a good one? i've been trying to find something full-body that is three days a week, but different each day.

i've been thinking of doing either "full body frenzy" or "full body fatloss" (joel marion) but spreading the 4 days out so it's 3 days a week.

any other ideas?

basically looking to maintain, with some drop in bf.

sorry for the x-post

have they been updated? i did some of them a few years ago and i thought they were 2 workouts (a/b/a one week; b/a/b the next) 3 days a week.

i'm looking for a 3 day a week program where each of the 3 days is a different workout.

thanks for the link though.

Home Grown Muscle, Ask around some people can email it to you. Anyone can do it because they have seperate workouts if you dont have a machine or just dumbells and barbells.

i like the look if that, but the article says it's mainly for hypertrophy. maybe i'd be better off tweaking it a little? 5 sets of 5? 4 sets of 6-6?

any thoughts on doing that? i'm looking to maintain/slight cut.

I like this program. The short rest breaks, heavy weights are a nice change. Sure gets my heart going.

I concur on the Waterbury Method. I did it for the prescribed 4 weeks and really benefitted - both size and strength. I looked for another routine to start after finishing WM but ultimately decided to continue on a modified version of the WM - just changing up the exercises and rep schemes slightly.

i'm probably going to go with it (Waterbury Meth). i was just a bit hesitant since it seems to be a program designed for bulking.

for those who have done it, how long does it take to get through a workout?
