Why does Mike love to write vomit inducing workouts? Is it on purpose, and coincidence? I just finnished Workout C of Phase II on S2B, and I feel like I could puke. I know i've heard similar comments about HGM, and that got my gears turning... hmmmm....
It's a diabolic plan to ruin people's fitness goals by forcing them to vomit up their hard-earned calories! I just know it!!
