I am going to start working my back differently and really get serious about traning and I am wondering if I should use both the traditional deadlifts and roman deadlifts or if I should just not do one of the two because of the overtraining that might occur on my back.

Any suggestions are greatly apreciated. [img]smile.gif[/img]
