After listening to how great pull-ups and chin-ups were a couple a months ago on MH Forum, I added pull-ups to my work out. Since I have had some decent gains in my arms which was really a bonus. I think chin-ups focus a little more on the arms than pull-ups do. I would add chin-ups and drop one of the other exercises.

Also, I am no expert but seems like you may be doing too many sets. If you start to experience signs of over training, such as lack of growth or loss in strenght I would cut back on the sets.

Cool

How about a little more volume? Try cranking out sets of 8-12 reps. BTW, you're doing a shitload of biceps isolation work aren't you??? What about the triceps?
